Job Description

Sheridan Maine are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a busy team within Bournemouth. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the main function of this role will be to ensure processing and management accounts are completed accurately and on a timely basis.

Main responsibilities:

- Purchase Ledger.
- Credit card processing.
- Expenses.
- Supplier Statement reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliations (daily).
- Weekly payment runs.
- Filing and general administration.
- Other ad hoc tasks as required.

The post holder will also be expected to assist with month end closing and assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts which offers an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge in a finance arena.
