Job Description

Sheridan Maine is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their client based in Bracknell on an urgent 6 month assignment starting ASAP.

This role is to help our client at one of their busiest times to help with the day to day running of the Purchase Ledger.

The duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

- Processing a high amount of invoices.
- Paying suppliers.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Weekly payment runs.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone immediately available to join a fast growing business and get exposure to a vibrant and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within Purchase Ledger and has processed high amounts of invoices on a daily basis. You will be a highly organised, a pro-active individual with strong experience in Excel.
