The Practice Accounts Assistant role will involve:

- Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs and limited companies.
- Prepare working papers files for review and clear any subsequent review points.
- Manage multiple clients at any given time while maintaining deadlines.
- Work independently within Sage Line 50, QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Prepare VAT and CIS returns and client payroll as required.
- Attend client visits on site as required.

As a successful applicant for the Practice Accounts Assistant role, you will be expected to have previously worked within a practice environment and have an understanding of managing multiple client requirements at any given time.

You will hold a minimum level of AAT Level 2 qualification, however the role will flex should you have completed up to Level 4. The role will demand strong system and communication skills as well as an ability to work under your own initiative and to tight deadlines.
