This company is a leader in the waste management and disposal sector. They employ a variety of sales, administration and customer services staff and are looking to increase their sales team by recruiting up to two telesales representatives. They are offering a highly competitive salary for this industry.
The company are looking to pay £16,000 as a start for the right candidate but this is negotiable depending on previous experience.
In return you will be required to work Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm with lunch break as part of your day.
To be considered for this vacancy of Telesales Advisor you will need previous experience in the sales sector, preferably within telesales. One of the main attributes for a Telesales advisor is being able to work as part of a team. Although team work is a huge part of the role, the ability to use your initiative to identify and follow up opportunities within the North Wales area is high on the list of personal skills. As well as being able to build relations with new and the existing client network.
In the job you will be expected to identify opportunities, quantify leads and book appointments for the sales teams with the emphasis on high quality leads and to proactively follow up inbound leads.
If you have you have previous Sales experience you will be a great candidate for this opportunity.
