Hours: 40 hours: Shift Pattern in the hours of 8am and 8pm during the week and between 9am and 5:30pm every other weekend (working 5 out of 7 days)
Training: 2 weeks of classroom training provided
Inbound Customer Service Advisor needed for Preston Contact Centre. This opportunity is with a leading specialist in telecommunications who employ over 40,000 people in 9 countries selling over £10bn worth of products and services every year
As an Inbound Customer Service Consultant you will handle a wide range of customer enquiries by telephone and email. Calls are varied and may include delivery and tracking details, store opening times and customer complaints.
To be a successful Inbound Customer Service Consultant you will be naturally customer focused with the passion to exceed customer expectations on every call. You will need to display empathy with the ability to handle customer objections professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity along with good keyboard skills
You'll be measured against pre-set Key Performance Indicators such as quality, attendance, after call and call handling time.
You will need to be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm during the week and between 9am and 5.30pm every other weekend (working 5 out of 7 days).
