Europe's leading Kitchen specialist are looking for a Store Manager to control Operations, Staff, control of profit and loss and KPI performance. Could this be the role for you?


" You will identify Trade and Retail customers with their purchases to enhance opportunities for the store to grow un sales turnover, margin and ultimately performance
" Ensure turnover, margin, profit and targets are exceeded through effective people management
" Analyse local competition and react accordingly
" Manage the in-house IT system implementation and its full utilisation
" Recruit, develop, and performance manage all Store colleagues in line with company procedures
" Resolve and manage any employee relations issues involving store colleagues with support of HR
" Ensure customer issues are dealt with in a timely and cost effective manner to avoid complaints escalating
" Deliver Store Audit compliance through your team
" To also Manage Health and Safety, stock levels and standards, subject to reasonable change and request via the Regional Manager

" Experience within the Trade and/or Retail sector
" People leadership skills with the ability to coach, communicate and create an open channel of trust
" Demonstrate a clear business understanding, even beyond the unit or function
" Possess the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from Regional Management, support service contacts, third party suppliers and the customer and builder's end user.
" Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience
" Design qualification

You will need to have a Driving license and own your own car. The role is permanent and full time. You will need to be flexible as the role will include weekends and bank holidays. Occasionally you will be required to attend site visits and there will ad-hoc travel to other locations for training and development, along with regional and national meetings.
