A professional global finance body is recruiting for skilled Customer Service Executives to join their customer facing contact centre in their fantastic brand new offices near Liverpool Street.
This is an ambassadorial role with the successful contact centre representative acting as the first point of contact for all customer interactions. The audience includes: members, current students, prospective students, employers, tuition providers and more. Through offering accurate advice and support the post holder will help to grow the organisations student and membership base.
This is a targeted, high volume inbound and outbound contact centre role with a lovely working environment. Contact will be through inbound and outbound calls, web chat and email correspondence.
This is a temporary role in the first instance with the opportunity to go permanent after 3 months, paying £23,000 per annum depending on experience.
The contact centre representative will be targeted to meet and manage service level agreements, answering calls in a satisfactory manner and offering advice and guidance to people seeking membership.
The contact centre team will provide first-class customer service in ever aspect of their communication, providing first-contact resolution to all new quires where possible.
Skills Experience required of the Contact Centre Representative:
