A Local authority are looking for an experienced HR advisor to provide a comprehensive HR service and advise on a large scale, someone who has a good understanding of legislation and can provide advise on a management level.
They require someone who is fully CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with significant employee relations experience (providing good quality advice on change, restructures, disciplinaries, grievances etc.) in a large unionised organisation. Recruitment experience is not necessary as this will be done by a different team.
