Job Description

Working within the specialist Customer Support Unit in our Contact Centre

First point of contact for customers, you will be receiving inbound over the telephone, being responsible for helping them with their queries and offering solutions where necessary.

Using your own initiative to solve problems where possible, or having the knowledge to pass on to relevant departments.

You will need great communication skills, be empathetic and work well independently as well as within a team.

Customer Service experience is needed.......Contact/call centre experience an advantage.
