Customer Adviser ......Dunfermaline
Shift Pattern: Part-Time Mixed - 20 hours per week. Shifts between Mon-Sun. 16:00-00:00 (Mon-Fri) and 08:00-19:00 (Sat and Sun) Minimum 3, maximum 5 days per week. 4 10 hour shifts. Weekend days will be fixed.
Usual Salary : 15,156 - 15,997 PRO RATA plus the following increases: 50% for hours between 8pm and 10pm.

Apprentice Options available

What you'll need
We recruit all kinds of people, of all backgrounds, ages and interests. You don't need experience of customer service, but you do need to be passionate about doing a great job for customers. Crucially, you'll demonstrate willingness to learn and the ability to respond to customer requests in a way that's efficient, friendly and helpful. Good at communicating on the phone, and a great listener, you're ready to relate to all sorts of people and provide the information they need.

Please note that the salary quoted is based on working a full-time 35 hour working week, the salary will be pro-rated against the part-time hours.
