My private sector client who deal with engineers is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

My client is looking for a new team member who possesses the following attributes:

- Passionate about providing service excellence to internal and external customers
- Sense of urgency and must be highly organised
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Flexible and adaptable to workloads
- Problem solver - acts on own initiative
- Excellent communicator - can resolve queries
- Ability to prioritise workflow, overcome obstacles and get things done meeting deadlines
- Able to multi-task but with a high attention to detail
- Competent to use MS office
- Contribute to a good team spirit

This role will see you:

- Resolve incoming enquiries from clients both internally & externally
- Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure accurate information is maintained on all internal IT systems, allowing for real time updates to be available for clients
- Collate, update and email updates to key stakeholders
- Collate information on Excel to send out to stakeholders and key customers
- Oder Materials from External Suppliers
- Raise PO's using in-house system.
- Support Project team on time critical activities
- Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction at all times.
