Are you good at communicating with colleagues at different levels?

My client is looking for a new team member who possesses the following attributes:
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Motivated by solving problems for others
- Analytical and collaborative approach to your work
- Experience in ITIL service operations and incident management/service operation environment
The role will see you:
- Monitoring ticket queues
- Verifying and analysing ticket quality
- Managing escalated incidents
- Creating reports
- Cleansing data
- Reporting to and supporting the incident manager
