Senior Business Centre Sales Executive

Salary 25k - 30k per annum (OTE up to 36k)

Fixed Term Contracts - 5 Months or 14 Months

Start date 1st November 2016

Based near High Wycombe

Do you have experience Coaching/Mentoring a small team?

Do you have previous experience in B2B Sales and Prospecting in an Outbound Calling environment?

Do you have a Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle?


Working in a newly created Business centre in Stokenchurch you will be working with regional based Local Business Sales Managers and dealers to grow their SME / Local business.

Your primary objective will be booking sales appointments using various methods which includes; warm and cold calling, digital prospecting, video messaging and conducting Virtual appointments. In addition, you will coach and mentor a small team and manage the delivery of KPI's.

Experience & skills

" Experience of coaching / mentoring a small team

" Experience in measuring and reporting on key metrics

" Previous experience in an outbound calling environment

" Retail or B2B sales prospecting experience

" A background in appointment setting and diary management

" Experience managing teams / customers within a geographical location
