RECEPTIONIST / FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY £18K PER ANNUM

PERMANENT ROLE BASED IN BRACKNELL, BERKSHIRE

Urgently seeking GRADUATE or graduate calibre candidates with RECEPTION experience to be "the face" of† global HQ in Bracknell.

In this varied role you will provide first class RECEPTION service to all visitors, callers and employees to the European HQ building. As first point of contact to the organisation you will need to present a high quality image of helpfulness and professionalism, greeting all visitors to the building in a friendly, polite and professional manner.

This role will be split between RECEPTION and general ADMINISTRATION duties within the REAL ESTATE and FACILITIES department including assisting with incoming E-MAILS for the Facilities Help Desk, issuing works to internal maintenance team or external contractors and checking and coding of all building related invoices.

You will need to have a confident TELEPHONE MANNER in order to respond quickly and efficiently to incoming calls via an AT & T Definity switchboard. Knowledge of MS OFFICE will also be required as you will be using OUTLOOK to organise and manage meeting rooms and WORD and EXCEL to produce reports and information and other general administrative duties such as typing, copying and filing.

Your working hours will be split between 08:30 - 16:30 and 09:30-17:30, Monday to Friday and some overtime maybe required.
