Situated in the town of Lowestoft in Suffolk, this larger than national average primary school consists of over 400 pupils from ages 3 through to 11.
I have been working closely in partnership with this Primary School over the past two academic years and have a particular fondness of recruiting suitable Teachers to work in one of the friendliest school environments I have encountered! Our client school are seeking Teachers that are looking to become part of a successful Teaching team - a Teacher who strives to better the lives and education of children from all walks of life.
Since the implementation of a successful Executive Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team in 2014 the school has progressed rapidly out of special measures and they are pushing forward to be the very best that they can be.
I cannot speak any higher of the children's behaviour and manners, high morale is always clear to see on my numerous trips to the school from students and staff alike.
I have no doubts in my mind that a Teacher that would be fortunate enough to attend a meeting and interview at this school would be impressed by the journey the school has been on and would love the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and be part of the school's success.
As an added bonus to Teachers with a particular interest in sports, the school are in partnership with a Top Tier Professional football club.
This relationship allows professional sports coaches to provide P.E and sports facilities for children across the entire school. Since this partnership has been forged, observations have noted that this has had a positive impact on the children's willingness and eagerness to learn.
