Our client is looking for a confident individual with an excellent telephone manner. You will be heavily involved with the organisation of contracts, so organisational and efficiency skills are beneficial to a successful candidate.
Daily tasks will include;
" Sending emails to the internal representative so that they can then advise costs for particular contracts that are requested by customers.
" Writing new maintenance contract offer letters
" Chasing contract renewals, responses to new contract offers and chasing the payments for contracts.
" Writing out paperwork when maintenance purchase orders come in
As well as looking after the contracts, you will be involved in the paperwork of maintenance visits. This will include tracking what was done on the visits and then following up with chasing purchase order numbers for the cost.
All applicants should have a clear understanding of paperwork and the importance of it being kept up to date and completed as son as possible. The ideal candidate would be computer literate and quick to understand company specific software.
