Swedish Speaking Customer Service /Claims Handlers
A market leading firm based in Plymouth is looking for Customer Service / Claims Handlers who are fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and English. As Customer Service / Claims Handler you will be assisting the company's customers with all aspects of their products, resolving queries, updating accounts and managing the claims process.
These roles will be Full Time, based in central Plymouth in South West England ( a possibility of working in Bournemouth for local candidates) . Contracts will be fixed term or permanent, and will have a salary of £15,000-£17,000 depending on experience. Additional benefits include a performance related pay scale, pension scheme and bonus scheme.
You will need to have:
" Excellent customer service skills
" Be fluent in Swedish / Norwegian, written and spoken
" Have business level English language skills
" Strong skills and experience in administration
" Be able to follow company processes to ensure customer satisfaction
" Deal with a variety of medias including telephone work, emails, letters and other correspondence
" An ability to learn the company products to maintain the company's excellent customer service levels
As the Customer Service /Claims Handler you will be the voice and face of the company when dealing with both internal and external customers. You will be expected to resolve customer queries and be able to maintain the administration for audit and information purposes.
