We are looking for a switched on assertive hardworking individual who is meticulous . The successful candidate will be assisting the finance team as a Customer Accounts Technician. We are looking for proactivity! You will be able to work within a fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines.

The company

Our client is one of the U.K's most prestigious, based in west London. They are restructuring and rebuilding their finance team and are looking for a driven individual to join the team and provide support with the process development within the finance department.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Undertaking a monthly and quarterly invoicing process.

Allocating cash received to accounts, reconciling bank accounts and ensuring that unallocated and reconciling items are investigated and cleared.

Processing cheques and taking cheques/cash to bank.

Managing accounts.

Working with the different teams to develop and maintain excellent relationships.

Accounts query management (both internal and external) delivering excellent customer service

The successful candidate will have:

Experience with invoicing and cash allocation. Some experience with bank reconciliations would be beneficial, however not required.

A proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships.

A high level of MS Excel skills and an ability to manage and manipulate data.

Being proactive and able to identify and implement improvements.

A strong work ethic and a team player.

Flexible and able to effectively manage a number of priorities at any one time.
