The role will be based within a busy, fast paced team. It's a very hands on role which requires a pro-active and confident individual, ideally with a consultancy background.

The role:

Temp - Perm

Purchase Ledger: Responsible for the purchase ledger which includes managing the finance email mailbox; dealing with invoice queries; processing suppliers invoices ; reconciliation of the purchase ledger.

Sales Ledger: Managing the sales invoicing process; preparing client sales invoices; credit control.

Payment Management: Setting up suppliers payments (UK and International) through our banks online payment facility for BACS and International Payments.

Bank Reconciliations: Assist the Head of CBS with the monthly bank reconciliations.

Staff timesheets and Expense Claims: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of monthly staff timesheets; Checking and processing staff expense claims.

Workplace Pensions: Support the Head of CBS with the roll out of workplace pensions; Managing the workplace pension scheme once implemented.

Project Finance Reporting: Responsible for providing accurate budget information to project managers.

Financial Accounts: Assist the Head of CBS with the preparation of quarterly, interim and financial year end accounts.

Other Reporting: Produce analysis and funding reports as and when required.

Policies and Procedures: Provide input into CBS financial policies and procedures.

- Qualified or working towards a finance qualification

- Ability to work with a high volume, fast passed environment
