One of London's largest retail solution companies are looking for an office assistant to join them on a temporary basis to assist with client meetings and general office management.
The role will include but will not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients that arrive at the offices
- Entering data onto the company system as and when required
- Complete filing, faxing and scanning on an ad hoc basis
The ideal candidate:
- Previous office management experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload in a standalone position
