The Role

We are looking for a French speaking Payroll Assistant who is confident and personable, to provide support to the Payroll Manager in regards to any Payroll duties. The successful candidate will assist the Payroll Manager in ensuring all Payroll queries and processes are brought in to meet the deadlines . We are looking for proactivity! You will be able to work within a fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines.

The company

Our client is a popular footwear designer and distributor as mentioned earlier. They are looking for a Dutch speaking credit controller to join the team to help liaise with the Holland office. They are currently building their finance team and looking for a driven individual to join the team and provide support with the process development within the finance department.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Assist the Payroll Manager

Administer monthly Bonus accruals

Administer quarterly vacation

Process starters and leavers

Liaise with the French office

The candidate:

Will have relevant experience within Payroll

Use ability to use Excel


The ability to speak fluent French
