Bilingual Customer Coordinator
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 9-5

We are currently recruiting for a growing company based in Nuneaton on a full time permanent basis. Please note to the be considered for this vacancy you must be fluent in the French language.
Working in the companies export department you will act as first point of contact for export queries. Previous experience within logistics or export would be highly beneficial. As a large proportion of export sales is into France, the ability to converse fluently in French, both written and orally, is essential. Previous experience in a similar role would also be a distinct advantage, however, not essential as full training will be given. Starting immediately, this position is both administrative and customer service focused.
Building relationships with clients
Sending out promotional literature
Managing and receiving export documentation
Coordinate export shipments
Answering incoming calls
Managing busy email inbox
Must be fluent in the French language without this you will not be considered
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to work with Microsoft office and outlook
