A fast paced consumer logistics company is seeking a Stock Coordinator based in Coventry to join its expanding team.

This role is temporary with the possibility of it becoming permanent

As the Stock Administrator your duties will be:

Stock checking and adjustment;
Management and booking of deliveries;
Completion of monthly balance sheet and open book reconciliations;
Production of DHL and customer KPI period review pack;
Report production;
Data input and analysis;
Capturing the sites KPIs and communicate to the operational team on a weekly basis.

To be a successful Stock Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

PC Skills such as Excel, Word, Oracle;
Attention to detail;
Flexible and reliable;
Confident in working with the Senior Team and directly with our customers.

Working hours will be flexible but predominantly Sunday to Thursday 18:00-02:00
