A fast paced consumer logistics company is seeking a Stock Admin Clerk based in Wellingborough to join its expanding team.

Applicants must be flexible to work both days and night shifts detailed.

As the Stock Admin Clerk your duties will be:

Allocating pick to warehouse operatives
Ensuring availability targets are met and any challenges escalated.
Accurately booking goods in and prioritizing delivery vehicles on site based on availability
Providing clear and accurate communications to internal and external stakeholders
Producing and sending PODs for suppliers
Running and sending EDI orders
Ensuring stock integrity is maintained through all chambers
Ensuring NSF standards are adhered to in the areas of product returns, stock rotation, and product traceability, stock on hold, training and goods in.

To be a successful Stock Coordinator you will have the following skills and experience:

PC Skills such as Excel, Word, Oracle
Strong written and spoken communication skills
High attention to detail
Flexible and reliable;
Confident in working with the Senior Team and directly with our customers.

Working hours will be 08:00 - 20:00, and 20:00 - 08:00 on a 4on, 4 off basis.
