Reward Specialist, Cheltenham

An exciting professional services firm based in the Gloucestershire area are looking to recruit an Interim Reward Advisor for a minimum of 3 months to help out and support the wider HR team.
Working closely with the wider HR team, you will be responsible for managing all cyclical reward processes as well as getting involved in any ad hoc reward projects. Although there will be some project work, this role is predominantly to manage the function until the on-boarding of a permanent candidate.
To be responsible for managing the annual salary review and bonus cycles from inception to completion
To work closely with managers, presenting data and trends to them
Assist with the implementation of the flexible benefits platform
Answer any queries from the wider business regarding compensation and benefits
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
In order to be considered for this role you must:
Have previous experience of working in a reward focused role
Be able to start almost immediately
Be an excellent and competent communicator at all levels
