HR Administration Manager



A globally established manufacturing organisation with an unrivalled reputation requires a highly able HR Administration Manager to form part of an established HR function. Working within a team that has gone through some recent changes you will be required to lead by example, ensuring all HR operational issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, in line with company policy and requirements.

Heading up a team of two HR Assistants you will act as a point of escalation whilst being a conduit between HR, the wider business, and other Centres of Excellence. You will ensure the business identifies and put in to place improvements throughout all HR processes, ensuring the administration function is fit for purpose within this rapidly growing business. You will assist in companywide HR projects, ensuring that these are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

With this being a new role for the company you will be able to put your own stamp on things.

To be considered for this role you must:

Have experience of having worked within a fast paced manufacturing/environment/FMCG business;

Have the desire to identify and manage improvements within an administrative function;

Be highly organised and enjoy the administrative side of HR;

Be resilient and have the ability to challenge employees in their mind-set of how things have been done, and how things are going to be done moving forward.

This role will appeal to any individuals who have operated within a Shared Service environment and that are looking to step up into a more senior role; or in a senior administrative role with management responsibilities.
