Talent Acquisition Manager


C. 50,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join a fast based professional services consultancy based in London city centre.


Working closely with the wider HR team, you will be responsible for all operational recruitment of experienced hires across the organisation with a focus on roles between 45k and 120k. Although this role will have an operational focus, you will be required to have a strategic mind-set and be comfortable advising at all levels.


Look after all experienced hire recruitment across the organisation

Take an innovative approach to sourcing candidates utilising Linkedin and other social media platforms

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline

Hire across London, New York and Europe on an ad hoc basis

Take both an operational and strategic approach to talent acquisition


In order to be considered for this role you must:

Have previous experience of working in an in-house recruitment role (your details will not be considered if you have only worked in an agency setting)

Have proven experience of recruiting into a professional services consultancy environment

Be an excellent relationship builder and be comfortable advising at all levels

Have a pro-active and self-motivated approach to recruitment
