A leading UK manufacturing business has an urgent requirement for a proven, capable and experienced HR Officer/Advisor to join this fast paced organisation.
With my client running a 24/7 operation, you will NOT be expected to be on call other than within standard working hours. You will act as a first point of contact to a varied internal customer base of c 250 employees, providing a complete end to end HR service covering all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
Reporting to a Head of HR you will be expected to deal with all site based operational issues, and as such, you will need to be highly experienced around ER issues (if you have been involved in Tribunal activity that would be hugely beneficial but by no means essential); capability, performance management, recruitment etc.
As HR lead for the site you will need to review, implement and educate staff on policies and processes as what is currently in place is not fit for purpose.
