A leading food manufacturing organisation in the process of going through significant and exciting change is seeking a capable, geographically mobile HR Business Partner to provide a dedicated Business Partnering service to senior stakeholders, whilst taking control of a range of HR projects throughout the organisation.

Working alongside the Head of HR you will lead change projects across the business, including restructures, organisational design, change management connected to efficiencies, TUPE, etc.

To be considered for this role you must have the ability to turn top line strategic priorities into year on year deliverables. You must be a highly pragmatic, commercially minded HR practitioner who can see the bigger picture but work with the leadership team to then operationalise the priorities. You must be someone who has experience of managing change and has the ability to project manage from a HR perspective.

Based in west London for 3 days a week (to work closely with internal stakeholders) you must be flexible to travel to sites throughout the UK for 1 day a week in order to maintain visibility, and support Managers with these change programs.
