With annual sales of more than 2 billion, this retailer's digital department a billion pound brand, and receives over a million website visits a day.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in helping an ever-growing business to secure world class Talent.

You will already have experience of:

Managing high-volume recruitment up to 40 vacancies at one time, across multiple Head Office disciplines (IT, Buying, Merchandising)

Strong stakeholder management. This brand really value employee opinion and feedback, and you will be key in advising senior leaders on recruitment processes and candidate profiles.

Strong talent pipeline skills. We would love to see evidence of proactive routes to market and different candidate generation practices through brand leverage.

Candidate management skills. You will enjoy seeking new ways to engage, retain and improve the overall candidate journey.

Ideally you will:

have a passion for retail and the functions within a fast paced, dynamic industry

own great evidence of proven delivery with at least 2 years strong resourcing/talent management experience

have strong background in volume recruitment

love the digital world. This business are leaders in being digitally and socially savvy. You will be a digital/online warrior in utilizing innovative ways to attract talent.

be looking for an autonomous and creative role. The most successful people in this business are enthusiastic, proactive and adaptable

Have a interest and record team building training - experience in design and development environment is a plus.

Have proven experience in building disciplines across the organisation.

Have implemented performance review process ideally OKRs, and have some actionable insights in this area.
