Network Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to be based in Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent role. We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to help us develop our QA & Audit strategy with a salary up too 51,067 pert anum plus benefits.

As Quality Assurance Manager, you'll lead and develop a Quality Assurance and Audit strategy for Children's Social Care, as well as QA processes for our Children's Safeguarding Board (BCSB).

We'll look to you to develop and apply the QA framework; undertake audits of work in Children's Social Care; analyse the results of these audits; and report back to the BCSB, senior management team and other key stakeholders.

You'll also lead the development of the BCSB's Quality Audit function through the Monitoring & Evaluation sub-committee. The key is to challenge current practice in a constructive way, working with social workers, managers and partners.

You would also need excellent knowledge and understanding of emerging developments within the scope of the specialist area and extensive knowledge of local government and wider sector / external influences.

You must hold a diploma in social work and be a qualified Social Worker. You will combine your expertise with the ability to manage change, think strategically and use initiative to solve problems. With these talents, plus your excellent communication skills, you'll have the authority to influence a wide range of contacts - and set the highest standards you can.

To recognize the high demand for your skills the salary we currently offer includes a 6% market factor enhancement (Range 7 to Range 10). Additionally, you will receive a Golden Hello payment of 2125 upon the successful completion of your probationary period, a crucial to post car allowance of 300 per annum paid monthly, a safe haven car allowance of 300 per annum paid monthly for front facing roles, a Relocation Allowance up to 8K, free car parking, regular supervision, supportive management team.
