Transport Administrator

Location: Droitwich

Hours: Different shifts 6.00am -2.30pm / 2.30pm - 10.00pm

Pay: 7.20ph

Immediate Start

Temp to Perm

We have a fantastic opportunity working for a market leading company based in Droitwich. Looking for candidates to help in the busy Transport office, on a temporary start with possibility to go permanent for the right candidates.

As the Transport/Logistics Administrator:-

*You will be responsible for planner routes for drivers

*You will take booking details from customers and update the systems

*Provide the correct paper work for drivers relating to delivery contents and locations

*De-briefing drivers

*Initiative Ability to work without supervision

Skills and experience required for the role of Transport Administrator/ Route Planner:-

*Excellent administrative and organisational skills

*Previous experience within a Transport Administration or Route Planner

*The ability to manage and prioritise a number of complex tasks.

*A confident and articulate communicator, both orally and in writing

*Effective planning, organisational and time management skills
