The Education Network has recently met, and started working with a school which is looking for an NQT English Teacher, or QTS English Teacher to join them in January, or after the October half-term. This Ofsted good school has fewer than 2000 pupils including a sixth form, and are looking to receive an outstanding grading in their next Ofsted inspection.

- an NQT English Teacher, or
- QTS English Teacher
- A teacher able to educate up to Key Stage 5
- Someone to work with SEN, and G&T pupils
- A teacher who can create a positive working environment with effective behaviour management

Having met with this school last week, and being very impressed with the pupils behaviour and oddly enough – how all pupils had uniforms on and wore proper shoes…

In addition to a brilliant working environment, this school offers:

- An on-site nursery, and a childcare salary sacrifice scheme,
- No break/lunchtime duties
- Free parking
- 1 hour CPD every Wednesday
- Excellent public transport links

Even though the majority of teachers are not in over the summer, this leadership team are in most days in the working week, and we are still in the office throughout the day.
