Job Description

Our client based in Aylesbury are looking for a Customer Account Manager to be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships ensuring the customers' expectations are met

Maintain regular communication with established customer base and become familiar with their requirements, including follow up emails and prospective emails looking for repeat orders

Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, compliance on client deliveries. Reporting to the Managing Director for final approval

Communicating clearly and timely with the production manager to ensure that all customers' expectations are met at all times

Identify future opportunities and act upon these accordingly

Manage and communicate internally that all customer requirements and orders ensuring that all product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality matters are met

To ensure that all sales orders entered onto SAGE are correct

To effectively manage and report internal administration and production complaints when found. To raise non-conformances where applicable
