Job Description

Our client based in Stokenchurch seek Customer Service Administrator to work for 3-6 months


Answer all telephone calls, faxes, or e-mails

Ensure all emails are responded to immediately and your inbox is maintained in an organised manner.

Primarily, service a designated number of customers subsidiaries and sub-contractors.

Service other customers if required

Ensure all orders are on the system as pick or Back Order

Ensure all scheduled orders are inputted onto the system

Produce picking notes

Raise all back orders with your manager

Deal with walk-in customers

Marketing / sales support where required

Reporting to Customer Services Manager
