Pertemps Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisers on a Temporary ongoing basis based in Uddingston area, this is an immediate start following interview so you must be able to start at short notice.

You will be responsible for:

- Delivering excellent customer service to customers
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Working with Field Engineers placing orders for customer parts
- Updating customers on appointments booked with Engineers
- Maintaining customer accounts and making sure all information is kept up to date
- Being confident and making sure customer is made aware of all relevant information

To be considered for the role you must have:

- Background in Customer Service and have excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Ability to listen to customers and offer solutions to resolve issues
- Work towards various targets and SLA's
- Be friendly and outgoing to give the customer the best experience

The site is open 7 days per week between the hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm & Saturday - Sunday 8am - 6pm - flexibility is required as you will be in a rota working 5 days out of 7, 37 hour working week - weekend work is essential for this role.

In return you will be paid a competitive pay rate of 9.80 per hour. This is a temporary role on an ongoing basis.
