An experienced Key Stage 1 teacher is required for a primary school in Hartlepool. This school consistently performs well and promotes a positive culture for learning for its pupils. The senior management team are committed to CPD for all staff and are presently looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

The Key Stage 1 class teacher will be supported by a teaching assistant, and planning will be done in conjunction with the other Key Stage 1 teachers and co-ordinator. As such, enthusiasm and strong team working skills are essential. The class has very little SEN or behavioural issues, but experience of raising standards for lower ability children would be desirable.

The successful Key Stage 1 applicant will:

* Have at least one years experience as a Key Stage 1 teacher

* Possess strong behaviour and classroom management skills
