We are currently recruiting for an experienced Call Centre Manager to work for a Financial Services business based in Cannock. This is a permanent role and the salary is negotiable dependant upon experience.
The purpose of the role is to manage two teams of upto 15 staff and to ensure the smooth running of the operation on a daily basis through regular coaching and training of staff.
Daily Duties Include:
- Managing and coaching 2 teams of upto 15 staff
- Training, motivating and developing staff
- Setting and monitoring KPI's
- Conducting one to ones to assess training needs
- Managing relationships with leads suppliers to ensure the best data is obtained
- Recruiting staff
- Analysis and reporting of team performance
- Ensuring the smooth running of the operation on a daily basis and reporting to Directors
The suitable candidate will have experience of managing a team or teams within a sales/call centre environment within the Financial Services sector.
Hours of work are 39 per week on a shift basis.
