Temporary Sales Administrator

Job Description

Sales Administration

Receive and respond to email and telephone enquires

Process, pick and pack orders as required

Generate customer invoices

Coordinate UK & International transport & logistical arrangements

Liaise with transport and warehouse suppliers

Liaise with sales agents and dealerships in the UK & Europe

Manage warranty database, process all forms and issue replacement parts

Maintain and order new stock as required

Attend sales meetings with Directors when required

Attend other UK events on behalf of the client


Manage sales ledger in cash book and on excel

Process all incoming invoices

Manage system for paying suppliers and keep paper records of all transactions

Manage petty cash and log company receipts


Manage incoming and outgoing post

Coordinate parcel arrangements with courier companies

Take post and parcels to post office

Produce professionally typed letters, reports and other documents

Produce notes/minutes of meetings

Arrange travel and accommodation

Market research, obtaining quotes and sourcing best value

Manage and maintain stationary supplies

Other administration tasks as requested, covering 2 regional offices


Strong attention to detail

Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications
