Job Description

Our client has an extensive UK and export business which is serviced from their Distribution Centre in Kettering (UK) where they are looking for Temporary Customer Services Assistant until the end of October 2016 possibly longer

About the role

The Temporary Customer Service Assistants will join one of our client's six customer service teams. You will need to be proficient in handling incoming orders and enquiries received in various formats, ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered within defined service levels.

The role is full time (35 hours per week) working Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 18:00 hours to be agreed. It is essential that you are available to work full time without booked holiday from now until the end of November.

Candidates will need to possess the following skills:


Previous experience within a customer service environment.

Excellent keyboard and administration skills.

Professional and pro-active telephone manner.

Self-motivated and confident.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.


Previous SAP experience

Technical Support experience
