Customer Service Representative
Pertemps Kettering are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious Kettering based client a professional, dedicated and team orientated Customer Service Representative. You will be based in their very busy Customer Services department, primarily processing customer purchase orders and ensuring their timely progression, providing the highest levels of service to their discerning customers and internal field sales teams.
Through an ethos of continuous improvement and support, the aim is a complete Customer focused and team working environment.
Key duties include:
Processing a large variety of order types for their UK and European customers and Distributors using company ERP and CRM systems
Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing price and availability and order information as required
Using sound troubleshooting skills, deal with and resolve shipping issues with their European Distribution Centre and associated carriers
Processing service orders and returns
Liaising with the Accounts Receivables department to resolve invoice queries
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and administration skills, together with meticulous attention to detail and high levels of competency in ICT e.g. Excel, Word.
You should have a strong sense of ownership and responsibly for the work with a route cause approach to resolving issues.
Full training will be provided.
The role is Monday to Friday between 08.30 and 17.30.
