Currently recruiting for a German Language speaking Customer Service Executive.
Proficient in providing administrative and customer service support to an international clients.
Order processing & check stock availability using SAP
Respond to client queries with a sence of urgency and professionalism
Liaise with German colleagues
Ability to confidently communicate in German both verbally and in written correspondence
Computer literate to an intermediate standard in MS Office applications
Ability to work in a high paced and driven environment
A desire to succeed and give 100% to the role
Ad hoc overseas travel may be required so a degree of flexibility is desirable.
