Job Description
A leading University situated in central London, urgently need to recruit a confident customer focused individual with strong organisational and communicational skills. You need to be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, previous administrative/reception experience is required for this busy role. Experience in higher education or medical background preferred. You will work within the Optometry department reporting directly to the practice manager. You will provide front line reception and clinical administration service. Duties will include: meeting and greeting, clinical staff, students and patients. Organise meetings and appointments, deal with patient records, administer payments, liaise with Optometry clinics and University Staff and produce letters and general correspondence using Microsoft Office.

Minimum 2 years reception admin experience required.
