Tech support Mobile devices and HP products & Services

Today, as everyday life becomes increasingly dependent on such technology, we keep 280 million consumers' lives up and running. The company provides premier support that enables users to fully utilize their digital devices and products; applications to protect privacy and provide security; and rapid replacement of lost, stolen, damaged, or malfunctioning devices.

The role will be responsible for resolving any technical issues our customers experience through telephone contact/email or messages received on our technical branch of our IVR. As a technical support Officer you will be providing customer education on functionality of a variety of Mobile Devices and troubleshooting their problems in relation to the device covered under our insurance programme.

Your key responsibilities will be

Working with customers and clients to identify problems with their equipment and advising on the solution in order to fix remotely their product.

Keeping records of customer/client queries and resolutions in order to update the technical knowledge base

Updating self-help documents so customers/clients can try to fix problems themselves testing and fixing faulty equipment

Deep expertise in HP products & services

Customer focused

Self-starter, independent worker, gets stuff done

Maintains a positive attitude under pressure

Fluent Dutch is essential for this role based in Chiswick, West London.

You must be able to work flexible shifts 40hrs per week over 7 days.

Salary of 28,000 plus bonuses. You must be available from the 17th of October with no holidays booked for the first 5 weeks.
