£18,500-£19,000 Monday to Friday
Our client is the leading online pet healthcare retailer in the UK, offering a comprehensive catalogue of pet products that range from prescription medicines, to premium quality pet diets and accessories. They have grown rapidly in the UK, France and Germany these last years and have made several acquisitions of competitors to solidify its position in the market. The office environment is fast-paced but very supportive, and there is vast scope for individuals to learn and grow their own skill set. We're looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our Retention Team. Customer Care is where we aim to stand out and differentiate ourselves from other companies in our space. We intentionally use the term "Care" not "Service" as we believe there is a difference. Our aim as a Retention Team is not to push sales onto our customers, but rather to provide an aftercare service and make ourselves available. We offer a genuine convenience to our customers and we want to keep it that way to enable their pets to live long and healthy lives!

Engaging in our new Retention Team initiative, which includes…
Reaching out to our new customers to ensure everything went well with their first order.
Offering assistance to new customers where required.
Making available a returning discount to new customers, ensuring they continue to let us serve them and their pets.
Gathering feedback from customers, which can allow us to build on the things they like or review areas they feel we could do better.
Pro-actively engaging in the scheme and with the team around you.
Be on hand to assist out Inbound Team as well where required.
Working towards achieving targets set.
Desired Skills & Experience
Native level of German skills (Essential)
Customer Service experience desirable, ideally within a similar environment; great customer focus, an excellent telephone manner and excellent English, both written and verbal.
Able to self-motivate and motivate those around you to achieve goals.
Great team worker, adaptable, approachable and able to work in the friendly and unique working environment provided
Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work when necessary
Be a pet lover!
Our offices are based a few minutes' walk from Dollis Hill underground station (Jubilee Line). The contact centre is open 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, and 40 hour working weeks will be in shifts to accommodate this.
Typically working days are on either an 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm shift (Monday to Friday). Only successful candidates will be contacted. REC/CONS
