An exciting opportunity to join one of the leading organisations within Car Parking.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Digital Marketer ready to take their first step in to Management.
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketer who will maximise revenue and cost efficiencies through digital marketing campaigns for our client and its key partners and management of all company websites.
This role will be responsible for enhancing and optimising customer's journeys through all digital channels to achieve conversion, revenue and ROI targets and will also involve launching new digital marketing channels to maximise revenue for the client.
In addition, this role will support driving quality traffic through existing SEM, and Affiliates channels to drive customer engagement through digital assets and identify new channels such as Social media, Native Content & more.
This role will also involve implementing, monitoring, optimising and reporting on all digital campaigns against an agreed plan to deliver against agreed business targets and marketing KPIs to achieve revenue growth.
This position will be working very closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the management and motivation of 1 digital marketing executive.
The perfect candidate will have experience of analysing data and managing a large portfolio of websites, along with management of SEM, Affiliate and Social Media channels.
Working alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to implement and manage PPC and SEO campaigns to support the client & key partnerships
Development of a digital marketing plan for partners and maintain and evolving this
Devising keyword strategy to base SEO and PPC upon
Work on launch & delivery of new digital channels
Co-ordinate with product and pricing, sales, operations and other areas to support delivery of campaigns to drive revenue for Pre-book, Gateway, Season Tickets and other products and services as needed
Content creation - both on and offline and the ability to apply SEO principles to this content to use for digital campaigns across all channels to maximise brand awareness and drive new customers to the site
Manage optimisation of landing pages including content writing and identify areas for improvement for SEO and PPC
Work with email delivery systems and Content Management Systems
Monitor Social media channels and work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and launch a suitable social media strategy.
Accountability for web conversion targets through SEM, App and Affiliates and other new channels Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to be accountable and manage the development of the website roadmap
Analyse the website performance and identify enhancements to improve conversion
Deliver regular reporting on all digital campaigns for both internal KPI reporting and for partners
Maintain relationships with third party agencies
Support the delivery of digital marketing for key airport clients
Coordinate the delivery of optimisation campaigns for digital marketing campaigns and website conversion
Investigate opportunities and provide ideas for new, and improvements to existing online campaigns, communications and the overall digital strategy
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure all digital campaigns meet brand guidelines and are in line with the marketing strategy
Keep up to date with developments in the digital arena and on latest tools so the client can keep abreast of all industry trends and emerging opportunities
Identify digital user personas and journeys to deliver pragmatic and commercial outcomes
Management of social media accounts, incl Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc once launched
Management of customer feedback from App and support App devellopment projects
Support ad hoc business projects as required
Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with strategic planning, implementation and reporting across the full breadth of the digital marketing mix; including analytics/data (Google accredited), CRM/loyalty, Social media, Email (automated and campaign driven), affiliate/affinity partnerships, community management, content marketing, PPC, SEO, display, re-targeting, usability/conversion, making mobile work
