The Education Network are exclusively working with a larger than average primary school that requires a Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher Phase Leader for year 3 and 4
To lead and manage Years 3 and 4 as Lower Key Stage 2 Phase Leader
Responsible for curriculum development, assessment, leadership, pastoral, liaison, development and safeguarding across Lower Key Stage 2. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team.
You will manage staff and resources throughout Key Stage one , monitor progress and achievement. Assist in driving the team and school forward in accordance with the School Improvement Plan.
The Applicant (you):
A qualified and ambitious teacher (QTS) with excellent leadership skills who has the commitment to raise standards.
You must be approachable, inspiring and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. Have the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with staff, pupils parents/carers and the local community .
You must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and outstanding classroom practice.
The school is a larger than average mainstream primary. The school has a higher than national average number of SEND students (with EHC plans).
This is a permanent job, on a temp to perm basis through The Education Network initially, to start as soon possible!
