Building Surveying is highly recognised and is expanding their team to allow a Chartered Building Surveyor to bring new expertise to the team. The workload is diverse with assignments including clients with prestigious property portfolios from the Public and Private sectors, including landmark projects with;
• A Landmark projects with The Aston Martin Owners Club & Blenheim Palace, 
• Design & Specification for a wind tunnel project with Honda f1 Racing Team, 
• A framework agreement with Eton College for conservation projects 
• Carrying out works for a regeneration scheme of 260 new homes valued at £30m for a Housing Association 
• Due Diligence with the likes of HSBC

Building Surveying is a central area of consultancy for these clients and covers both the professional and project elements of delivery. You will be part of the expertise delivering project solutions which include alterations, extensions, fit outs, refurbishments, maintenance and repairs and new build. A strong understanding of materials, construction methods and design specifications will enable sound solutions to be implemented. Professional delivery includes building surveys, party wall matters, schedule of dilapidations and landlord and tenant.
