Do you have prior electrical experience working within an established M&E contractor?


We are working in partnership with an award winning M&E contractor to appoint a Helpdesk Manager operating out of their Essex based office.

As a client they boast low staff turnovers, a healthy projects portfolio as well promoting good autonomy amongst its managers.

As Helpdesk Manager you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of office staff and mobile engineers on busy electrical maintenance Helpdesk servicing mainly the retail sector.

Further day to day activities include but are not limited to the delivery of 24/7 reactive maintenance, delivering and reporting client Service Level Agreements, reporting on profit and loss, maximising profitability via CAFM system as well as solving problems and makes decisions on a daily basis relative to Help Desk responsibilities to name a few.


The right Helpdesk Manager will require strong leadership capabilities including the ability to motivate staff as well and be highly motivated.
