My client is a progressive local government organisation providing lean and efficient service to its user. An opportunity is available for a CRM Application Support in the System Management team, which provides IT support in areas as diverse as network management, server configuration, database administration, web development and system & software support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM Application Support to join a technology-driven environment to shape the future of software delivery. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a competitive salary Up to £29,033.
The CRM Application Support is to support some of our client’s enterprise applications and are looking for candidates with knowledge or experience of some the following:
• Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMS)
• Income Management
• Benefits and Taxation
• Adults Social Care
• Children’s Services
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing technical trouble shooting solutions to public sector CRMs such as Trbal, Liquid Logic, LAGAN or CIVICA. But candidates with experience of some of the above who wish to widen their knowledge into other applications may be considered.
